The location is fantastic, as it was close to the lake, and it is easy to shop as the market was right beside us. Wi-Fi signal is strong, which is a good thing. We were delighted by the fact that the hotel staff spoke Arabic fluently, making it easier for us to communicate. The morning breakfast was very delicious, although there were limited cooked food options. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the room, which was breathtaking.

The parking lot is too small and not enough for all the cars that came during the Christmas season. The noise from the amusement park outside was a bit distracting. Additionally, the room was not ready on time despite me arriving at the specific given time. The bathroom was quite small, and the room lacked a fridge for storing my child's food properly. The bed frame had sharp edges that might be risky for children. Also, there was no tea/coffee maker or water bottle for us to use, and no slippers were provided either.
